So I have realized that I have become a lot more "squishy" than I really prefer to be. I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted and work out and I would be fine. Now, it seems that is not going to cut it any more. My family has always been pretty big advocates of the low-carb diet, so I thought I would give it a shot. I have been very good for the past 4 days. I think the only thing I miss, right now, is sushi! Why does rice have to be so bad on this diet?! ugh!

wait a minute... 4 days ago... Let's see, that's Wednesday, Tuesday, Monday, Sunday... Ok, I guess those frozen custards don't count afterall!
